AREA is proud to partner with McKissock and CareerWeb to offer all of the Real Estate Appraisal courses required by the New Jersey Appraisal Board to obtain and maintain your Real Estate Appraiser classification. In addition to pre-license courses, AREA provides continuing education courses that fulfill educational standards established by the Board.
AREA offers courses through two providers. Below you can find details about each of the providers:
-CareerWeb - Policies Course certifications are provided by CareerWeb (if applicable credit is electronically certified directly to the state) within 3 business days after receiving your course completion. The affidavit located at the end of the course must be completed. Courses available for 6 month time period. Printing capability is disabled.
-McKissock - Policies Course certifications are provided by McKissock (if applicable credit is electronically certified directly to the state) the Friday after receiving your course completion. The affidavit located at the end of the course must be completed. Courses available for 6 month time period. Printing capability is enabled. Compatible with MAC.
